Why would you need a retirement coach?

do whatever they want. Coaching offers an
objective process to determine what your
everyday life will bring for happiness in life
- An assessment, taken online, will provide a look
at all the dimensions of life and how to prepare
for your new retirement life
- A coach will help you make sense of the
assessment results and determine how you can
be more fulfilled in your retirement
- Coaching can make the process one of
discovery, enjoyment, and anticipation!
How does coaching work?
The first coaching session is free - just to be
sure you are comfortable moving ahead.
I will explain the process and provide an
agreement so we are clear about your
commitment to the process and your coach’s
commitment to guide you.
We usually work by telephone, so it doesn’t
matter where you live. Past clients have come
from a number of different countries.
Between sessions you can reach your coach via
email for help - and you will have homework.
You will develop a retirement life mission which
will give purpose to whatever you decide to do
and a plan to provide structure.
